| The home is in gated Elks Point Country Club 1 mile from Safeway and 2.5 miles from Harrah's Casino. Nevada beach is an easy 1/4 mile walk south through the private marina. The home has one of only a handful of semi-private (3 homes have access) sandy beaches on the East shore of Lake Tahoe. You can park your boat on the beach next to the house. Its only a mile to Edgewood Golf Course, home of the Celebrity pro-am golf classic in July and fabulous lakeside golfing. Shielded from the winds, this has home has fabulous sunrise and sunset views.
Enjoy your stay in a great room, 3 Bed Rooms, 2 baths, a large deck, hot tub facing the lake, and 75' of fine, toe wiggling, sandy beach 25' away. No stairs to the house from the street. 25 steps down to the lake. Sleeps 2 in each bed room with a large sofa for up to 3 children. Kayak and life vests available with a release of liability.

May 15- June 15 $400/night, Memorial day weekend $500/ night
June 16- June 29 $500/ night 5 night minimum, 8 days charged for 7
June 30 - July 10 $675/ night 5 night minimum, 8 days charged for 7
July 11 - Sep 11 $625/ night 5 night minimum, 8 days charged for 7
Sep 12 - October 2 $450/ night 8 days charged for 7, Air Races weekend 550/ Night
Closed until next year
$500 deposit with reservation. Balance due 25 days before arrival
Add $100/Pet, $150 Cleaning, and 13% room tax
