No stairs to the house from the street. 25 steps down to the lake. Sleeps 2 in each bed room with a large sofa for up to 3 children. Kayak and life vests available with a release of liability.

June 30-Sep 01 ......$650/night

Sep 02-Oct 12 ....$450/night, $2,250 per week

Oct 13-Nov 23 ...$1300/week, $250.00/ night

Nov 24- Dec 22 ... $250/ Night

Dec 23- Jan 4 ...$500/ night

Jan 5 - Apr 7 ...$1,300/ week

Presidents Day ... $500/ Night

We also charge a one time $150 per stay cleaning deposit

A 10% Douglas County Room tax is added to the rent.

For example, for a 1 week stay starting September 2, 2008, the rate is ($2,250+$150)*1.1=$2,640.00

The "Deposit" is part of the rent.. $500 is immediately due to confirm the reservation and the balance payable 20 days before you arrive. Checks are accepted, but no credit cards.
