WalMart and various other businesses including restaurants, a coffee house, and a quickie gas mart are across the street. The project will soon be gated and fenced for the residents security.

Surcharges apply for Pets and month to month leases. All townhouses have full size washer and dryer hook ups. Most leases are for 6 or 12 months.
